Return and Refund Policy
At CBL Autoshop, we offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date for all engines and transmissions, provided they are in their original, unaltered, and completely assembled condition. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong part, the return is subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for all return freight shipping costs. However, if the item experiences a defect covered under our 1-Year Warranty, no restocking fees apply and we will cover the return shipping. Please note that disassembled or modified drivetrains and opened electrical components (such as ECUs and wiring harnesses) are strictly non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact our support team, completely drain all fluids from the unit, and securely strap it back onto its original pallet for freight carrier pickup; refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of a successful inspection.
